Meet Robert Erickson:
Robert worked for us previously and has returned to the Shelburne and the peninsula. He loves working with the products of our region. His creative and balanced approach are a joy to watch.
Meet Darice Grass:
Darice is holding a handful of radishes, freshly-picked from the Shelburne kitchen garden. She is passionate about using the freshest, most locally grown ingredients that she can find. Her sensitive palate serves her (and our guests) well. Both she and Robert are highly skilled in the art of presentation, as well.
