<p>Not to be missed is our &#8220;Peace-Loving Japanese Tea.&#8221; On the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend, May 27th, our special guest, Hiromi Hasegawa will guide us in the art of Japanese Tea. Her mother has even sent her a fresh batch of green tea from Japan!<br />Chef Carosi  has come up with a truly delightful menu that promises to be both delicious and an authentic cultural experience, made richer by the presentation of Ms. Hasegawa. Owner, David Campiche is a potter and his contribution to the event is enough hand-thrown Japanese tea bowls so that you&#8217;ll have the opportunity to discover what it&#8217;s like to drink tea in the Japanese way.</p>
